The Oppo Reno 5 has launched in Vietnam, arriving after the phone debuted in China earlier the same month. It pairs a hole-punch display with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 720G chipset and 8GB of RAM, but skips 5G connectivity that the wider Reno 5 lineup offers. Buyers also get 50W fast charging instead of the 65W speeds found on other Reno 5 models.
Oppo Reno 5 price and availability
The Oppo Reno 5 is priced at VND 8,690,000 (about Rs 27,400) in a single configuration with 8GB RAM and 128GB of storage. It comes in two finishes, Mysterious Black and Silver.
For now the phone is limited to Vietnam, and Oppo has shared no details about a wider global release. The Snapdragon 720G inside means this version does not support 5G networks, a key difference from the 5G-capable models in the family.
