At the core of the watch is a strong health focus. It includes an SPO2 monitor to measure the level of oxygen in the blood, a round-the-clock heart rate monitor, and a blood pressure tracker. Speaking at the launch, Fire-Bolt co-founders Ayushy and Arnav Kishore said the new Fire-Bolt Beast has all the essential features needed to monitor health and fitness, noting that the ability to monitor the heart, blood pressure and blood oxygen makes it especially relevant during the epidemic.
The watch also features a meditative breathing mode that helps users perform guided breathing exercises. With multiple sports modes and an intelligent sports and fitness tracking system, users can keep a close watch on their daily activities. A sleep monitor tracks sleep quality, telling the user how long they enjoyed deep sleep versus mild sleep.

The Beast has a completely metallic body and carries IP67 certification, protecting it from sweat and water.
