Vivo launches G3 5G, MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, know price, specifications
Chinese smartphone maker Vivo has introduced Vivo G3 5G. It is part of the company’s G series. It has MediaTek Dimensity 6300 as a processor. It will replace the Vivo G2 5G launched last year. This smartphone has a 6,000 mAh battery. It runs on Vivo’s OriginOS 15 based on Android 15.
Vivo G3 5G has been introduced in China. The price of this smartphone’s 6 GB RAM and 128 GB storage variant is CNY 1,499 (about Rs 18,270) and 8 GB + 256 GB variant is CNY 1,999 (about Rs 24,350). It has been made available in a single color Diamond Black. The company has not given information about its launch in other international markets including India. In India, smartphone shipments grew 7.3 percent year-on-year in the second quarter of this year. Vivo has retained its first position in this market.

This smartphone has a 13-megapixel rear camera. It has a 5-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls. It runs on Vivo’s OriginOS 15 based on Android 15.
It has options of 5G, WiFi, Bluetooth, GPS, 3.5 mm audio jack and USB 2.0 port for connectivity. This smartphone has a fingerprint sensor on the side for security. The size of Vivo G3 5G is 167.3 x 76.95 x 8.19 mm and weighs about 204 grams. The 6,000 mAh battery of this smartphone supports 44 W fast charging. Recently Vivo launched T4R 5G in India. This smartphone has a 4 nm MediaTek Dimensity7400 as a processor. It runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15. The company claims that it is the slimmest quad-curved display smartphone. It has an in-display fingerprint sensor for security.
