Acer TravelLite Essential laptop launched: Up to 32GB RAM, Intel and AMD processor options, price starts at Rs 32,999

Acer has introduced its new TravelLite Essential series laptops in India. The company has brought them in the budget-friendly but professional-focused segment. Users will get options of Intel 13th Gen Core i5 and AMD Ryzen 5 in it. The TravelLite Essential series comes with a thin-light design, full-HD display and spill-resistant keyboard, making it a good option for both everyday work and students. It has support for up to 1TB PCIe SSD and 32GB of DDR4 RAM, as well as the new Acer laptop comes equipped with a 36Wh three-cell Li-ion battery. It weighs 1.34kg.

The Acer TravelLite Essential series has been launched in a single Obsidian Black color finish and can be purchased from Acer’s exclusive stores, authorized retailers and Acer online store. The price starts at Rs 32,999.

This lineup has two processor options – Intel 13th Gen Core i5-1334U and AMD Ryzen 5 7430U. Both variants come with integrated graphics. These laptops have a 14-inch Full-HD IPS display with 82% screen-to-body ratio, 250 nits brightness and 180-degree hinge.

Talking about storage and memory, the TravelLite Essential series supports up to 1TB PCIe SSD and 32GB of DDR4 RAM. It has an HD webcam and privacy shutter for video calling. Dual stereo speakers have been provided for audio experience.

These laptops support Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 6, HDMI 1.4, USB 3.2 Type-A and Type-C ports, RJ45 LAN, MicroSD card reader and 2-in-1 audio jack.

For power, it has a 36Wh three-cell Li-ion battery, which supports fast charging and claims to give up to 8 hours of backup on a single charge. The TravelLite Essential series comes with a weight of 1.34kg and aluminum finish. The company has also provided a spill-resistant keyboard and TPM 2.0 security module in it, which makes it a safe option for both business and student users.
