Samsung launches Galaxy Tab S11, Tab S11 Ultra tablets in India, know price and specifications
Samsung has launched its new premium tablet lineup Galaxy Tab S11 and Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra in India and many other global markets. This time there is no Plus variant. According to the company, both tablets run on Android 15-based One UI 8 and promise of OS and security updates for 7 years. The Galaxy Tab S11 has an 11-inch and the Ultra has a 14.6-inch Dynamic AMOLED 2X panel, which has a 120Hz refresh rate, 1600 nits peak brightness and optional anti-reflective coating. Inside, the company has a 3nm MediaTek Dimensity 9400+ chipset, 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of storage. Several AI tools like Galaxy AI Suite, Google Circle to Search and Gemini have also been integrated.

Talking about price and availability, the starting price of Samsung Galaxy Tab S11 is 799 USD (about Rs 70,400), while the Ultra model has been introduced at 1,199 USD (about Rs 1,05,700). The vanilla variant has been launched in 12GB + 128GB, 12GB + 512GB and 12GB + 256GB configurations, while the Ultra model has been launched in 12GB + 256GB, 12GB + 512GB and 16GB + 1TB variants. Grey and Silver color options have been given for both the tablets. Both are available for purchase from today.

Coming to the specifications, the Galaxy Tab S11 and Tab S11 Ultra get a 120Hz Dynamic AMOLED 2X display panel. The Tab S11 is 11-inches in size and the Ultra model is 14.6-inches in size. Both models are powered by the 3nm Dimensity 9400 chipset, paired with up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of UFS storage. The software layer is One UI 8 based on Android 15, which features Galaxy AI tools – Sketch to Image, Note Assist and Drawing Assist. Google’s Circle to Search and Gemini support are also available out-of-the-box.
The company has offered an upgraded Samsung DeX for desktop-like workflows, which can now be quickly launched from a home screen shortcut. This setup becomes more flexible than before with multi-workspace support and dedicated support on external monitors.
The camera hardware is said to have a 13-megapixel primary and 8-megapixel ultrawide dual setup on the rear of the Galaxy Tab S11 Ultra, while the front has dual 12-megapixel cameras. The standard Galaxy Tab S11 has a single 13-megapixel selfie camera at the back and a single 12-megapixel selfie camera at the front.
The Galaxy Tab S11 is 5.5mm thick and weighs 469g (471g for 5G), while the Tab S11 Ultra is 5.1mm thick and weighs 692g (695g for 5G). Battery capacities are 8,400mAh and 11,600mAh respectively, both have 45W fast charging support. Both come with SPen in the box. The vanilla model comes with WiFi 6E, while the Ultra model supports WiFi 7. Both have microSD card support, through which storage can be expanded up to 2TB.
