Vivo X300 Pro launched: 1TB storage, 200MP camera, and Dimensity 9500 chipset; learn about the Chinese price

Vivo has launched its new flagship smartphone, the vivo X300 Pro, in China. The Pro model features a professional-level camera, powerful processing, and a premium display. It features a 200MP ZEISS APO periscope camera and a 50MP ultra-wide camera. The device runs on the latest Origin OS 6 based on Android 16. Vivo’s latest flagship smartphone, the vivo X300 Pro, features a 6.78-inch 1.5K LTPO AMOLED display with a resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and a 20:9 aspect ratio. This screen comes with HDR10+ support, 1-120Hz refresh rate, up to 4500 nits peak brightness, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and DC-dimming technology. The display also has Armor Glass protection.

The phone is powered by an octa-core Dimensity 9500 3nm processor and Arm Mali-G1 Ultra MC12 GPU. It comes in 12GB and 16GB LPDDR5X RAM variants. Storage is available in 256GB, 512GB, and up to 1TB with UFS 4.1 technology. Its Satellite Communication Edition comes with LPDDR5X Ultra Pro quad-channel RAM.

The Vivo X300 Pro’s camera setup includes a 50MP Sony LYT828 primary sensor (f/1.57, OIS), a 50MP ultra-wide camera (f/2.0), and a 200MP Samsung HPB ZEISS APO periscope telephoto camera (f/2.67, OIS, 3.7x optical zoom, ZEISS T* coating). It boasts professional photography with its V3+ and VS1 dual imaging chips. There’s also a 50MP front camera.

The phone packs a large 6510mAh battery for power backup. This large battery supports 90W ultra-fast flash charging, 40W wireless charging, and reverse wireless charging.

In terms of connectivity, the Vivo X300 Pro supports 5G SA/NSA, dual 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, Beidou, GLONASS, Galileo, QZSS, NavIC, USB Type-C 3.2 Gen1, and NFC. Audio is handled by stereo speakers and Hi-Fi audio. The phone is dust and water resistant with IP68 and IP69 ratings. It also has an in-display ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and an infrared sensor.

The vivo X300 Pro is priced at 5,299 yuan (approximately Rs. 66,000) for the base 12GB + 256GB model, 5,999 yuan (approximately Rs. 74,700) for the 16GB + 512GB model, 6,699 yuan (approximately Rs. 83,400) for the 16GB + 1TB model, and 8,299 yuan (approximately Rs. 1,03,400) for the 16GB + 1TB Satellite Edition + Photography Kit. The phone is currently available for pre-order in China and will go on sale from October 17, 2025.
