Infinix NOTE Edge launched: Slim body features a large 6500mAh battery and JBL-tuned speakers. Learn the price.

Infinix has launched the Infinix NOTE Edge, a new smartphone in the NOTE series, in global markets. This phone specifically focuses on a slim design, a large battery, and advanced display technology. According to the company, the NOTE Edge utilizes the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 platform and a new high-density battery architecture for the first time. With a 7.2mm thin body and a weight of 185 grams, this smartphone is positioned in the ultra-slim segment.

The Infinix NOTE Edge features a 3D curved display with a 1.5K resolution. The company claims its peak brightness reaches 4500 nits and it features ultra-narrow symmetrical bezels of 1.87mm. For protection, the phone uses Corning Gorilla Glass 7i. Additionally, the device is IP65 rated, making it dust and water resistant. For audio, it features dual stereo speakers tuned by JBL.

The Infinix NOTE Edge is said to be the world’s first smartphone to feature the MediaTek Dimensity 7100 5G chipset. According to the company, this processor scores over 8.1 lakh points in the AnTuTu V11 benchmark and supports 90fps gameplay in some games. For connectivity, it features Infinix’s Ultra Powerful Signal (UPS) 3.0 AI technology, which claims to help optimize signal performance in weak networks or crowded areas.

The battery is a major highlight of this smartphone. The Infinix NOTE Edge features a 6500mAh battery, which is said to be the largest battery ever offered in an Infinix phone. According to the company, advanced packaging technology has allowed such a large battery to fit into a 7.2mm slim body. The phone supports 45W fast charging, and the company claims it can charge up to 50 percent in 27 minutes. The battery is also claimed to have a “self-repairing” system.

The Infinix NOTE Edge features a 50MP customizable main rear sensor, reportedly measuring 1/2-inch. The smartphone runs on XOS 16, based on Android 16. It features the FOLAX AI assistant, which can be accessed via a customizable side button. The company has stated that the phone will receive three major Android updates and five years of security patches.

Regarding pricing and availability, the Infinix NOTE Edge starts at USD 200 (approximately Rs. 18,200), though prices may vary in different regions. It comes in four color options – Lunar Titanium, Stellar Blue, Shadow Black, and Silk Green. The Silk Green variant uses a polyurethane process, giving its finish a brushed leather-like look. The phone’s design features a “3D curved” profile, which the company has named the Pearl Light Ripple Shadow exterior.
