Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G budget phones launched, featuring 120Hz displays and large batteries. Learn the price.

Oppo has launched two new 5G smartphones in China under its A-series: the Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G. Both smartphones come with dual SIM support and target the budget to mid-range segment. The company has included large displays, high refresh rates, and large batteries in these phones. Both the Oppo A6i+ 5G and A6v 5G feature a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The phones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset and feature a 50MP main rear camera.

Regarding pricing and availability, the Oppo A6i+ 5G has been launched in China in three storage variants. Its 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant was launched at 1,499 yuan. The 12GB RAM and 256GB storage model is priced at 1,599 yuan. The top variant comes with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage, priced at 1,799 yuan. The Oppo A6v 5G, on the other hand, is offered in a single 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant, priced at 1,199 yuan. Both smartphones will go on sale in China on February 6th via Oppo’s official online store.

Speaking of color options, the Oppo A6i+ 5G has been launched in Glacier White and Chestnut Velvet Brown colors. The Oppo A6v 5G will be available in Glacier Blue, Wilderness Green, and Titanium Rock Purple color options.

For performance, both Oppo smartphones are powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset. In terms of camera setup, the Oppo A6i+ 5G and Oppo A6v 5G feature dual rear camera units. They include a 50-megapixel primary camera and a 2-megapixel monochrome sensor. Both phones support video recording at up to 1080p resolution at 60fps. The front camera is the only difference between the two. The Oppo A6i+ 5G features an 8-megapixel selfie camera, while the Oppo A6v 5G features a 5-megapixel front camera.

Both the Oppo A6i+ 5G and A6v 5G feature a 6.75-inch HD+ LCD display with support for a 120Hz refresh rate. The display also boasts a 240Hz touch sampling rate and a peak brightness of up to 1,125 nits.

In the battery department, the Oppo A6i+ 5G packs a larger 7,000mAh battery, while the Oppo A6v 5G packs a 6,500mAh battery. Both smartphones support 45W SuperVOOC wired fast charging. In terms of design and size, both phones have similar dimensions, measuring 8.61mm thick. The Oppo A6i+ 5G weighs around 216 grams, while the A6v 5G is slightly lighter, weighing 212 grams.
