LG Launches Gram 16 (2026) Laptop Series with Large Battery, Ryzen AI 400 Series Processor
LG has officially made the new Gram 14 series model available for pre-order under its 2026 Gram family. This is the smallest model in the lineup, featuring a 14-inch display. According to the company, it weighs just 1.12 kg and measures 15.7 mm thick. The laptop features a 72Wh battery and comes with an AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processor.
Pricing: The LG Gram (2026) starts at JPY 215,820 in Japan, which is approximately ₹1.27 lakh (approximately ₹1.27 lakh). The top variant is priced at JPY 349,800 (approximately ₹2.05 lakh). The company has not yet shared pricing and availability information for other markets.
In terms of specifications, the LG Gram 14 features a 14-inch IPS display with a resolution of 1920×1200 pixels, a 60Hz refresh rate, and up to 350 nits of brightness. This model is part of the 2026 Gram series, along with 15-, 16-, and 17-inch versions. Despite the lightweight chassis, it features a 72Wh battery, which is considered large for a 14-inch device of this size.
For performance, it uses AMD Ryzen AI 400 series processors based on the Gorgon Point platform. The base variant comes with a Ryzen AI 5 435 processor, 16GB of LPDDR5X RAM, and 512GB of PCIe 4.0 SSD storage. The higher-end version comes with a Ryzen AI 7 450 processor and up to 32GB of RAM.
The company is yet to confirm the global launch timeline, but availability details for other markets may be revealed in the coming months.
