Vivo Y37+ launched; learn the price of the phone with 6000mAh battery and remote control feature
Vivo has launched its new smartphone, the Vivo Y37+, in China. This is a new model in the company’s Y series, featuring features like a larger battery and 5G connectivity. According to the company, the phone features a 6.74-inch LCD display with 90Hz refresh rate support. It is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, a 13-megapixel rear camera, and a 6000mAh battery. The smartphone runs on OriginOS 5 based on Android 15.
Regarding pricing, Vivo has priced the 8GB + 256GB variant of the Vivo Y37+ at 1,599 yuan (approximately Rs. 21,400). The phone is available in Obsidian Black, Glaze Blue, and Sunrise Gold color options. It is currently listed on the company’s official website and is expected to go on sale soon.
The Vivo Y37+ features a 6.74-inch LCD flat display with a resolution of 1600 × 720 pixels. It supports a 90Hz refresh rate, 180Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 1000 nits of brightness. The screen boasts a 70 percent NTSC color gamut and a 1500:1 contrast ratio. For battery life, the phone is powered by a 6000mAh battery with 44W fast charging support. The company claims a battery life of up to five years. It also supports reverse charging (OTG), allowing it to charge other devices.
Talking about the camera, the Vivo Y37+ features a 13-megapixel rear camera with autofocus and an f/2.2 aperture. Camera modes include Night, Portrait, Panorama, and Pro. The rear camera supports 10x digital zoom and can record 1080p video. For selfies and video calling, the phone has a 5-megapixel front camera that supports 1080p video recording.
The phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 octa-core processor with a Mali G57 GPU. It has 8GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 256GB of UFS 2.2 storage. The Memory Fusion feature allows for up to 8GB of virtual RAM.
For connectivity, the phone offers 5G, dual Nano SIM, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, NFC, GPS, and a USB Type-C port. It also has a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, an IR remote control, and a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone also comes with SGS-certified drop resistance.
