Realme has launched its new budget smartphone, the Realme
C100x, in the Indian market. The company has introduced this device with a
focus on a large battery and extended battery life. The smartphone features a
massive 8,000mAh battery, 45W fast charging, a 120Hz refresh rate display, and
a 50MP AI camera. Additionally, the phone runs on Android 16-based Realme UI
7.0 and comes with an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance.
Realme C100x Specifications
The Realme C100x sports a 6.8-inch HD+ LCD display with a
resolution of 720×1600 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, a 240Hz touch sampling
rate, and 900 nits of HBM brightness. ArmorShell Glass is used to protect the
display.
The phone is powered by the Unisoc T7250 octa-core
processor, paired with an Arm Mali-G57 GPU. It comes with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM
and 64GB of eMMC 5.1 storage. The storage can also be expanded via a microSD
card. The smartphone runs on Android 16-based Realme UI 7.0.
For photography, the Realme C100x features a 50-megapixel AI
camera on the rear with an f/1.8 aperture. For selfies and video calling, it
includes a 5-megapixel front camera.
The phone houses an 8,000mAh battery that supports 45W fast
charging. The company claims that on a single charge, the phone can provide
over 17 hours of navigation backup. For durability, the smartphone comes with MIL-STD-810H
certification and an IP64 rating for dust and water resistance. It features a
side-mounted fingerprint sensor and face unlock for security. Connectivity
options include Wi-Fi 5, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS, GLONASS, Galileo, BDS, a USB
Type-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Realme C100x Price in India
The Realme C100x has been launched in India in a single 4GB
+ 64GB storage variant, priced at ₹14,499. The smartphone will be available in
'Golden Coast' and 'Deepblue Tides' color options. The first sale is scheduled
to begin on July 20 at 12 PM. The phone can be purchased via Realme's official
website, Flipkart, and select offline retail stores.
