Primebook has introduced the Primebook 3 Max, marking the
launch of its new laptop series in India. This is the first model in the
company's third-generation laptop lineup. It is powered by the MediaTek Genio
720 processor and comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS storage, which
is expandable up to 1TB. The laptop features a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare
display. Additional features include a 60.3Wh battery, 36W USB-C charging,
Wi-Fi 6, and Bluetooth 5.3 connectivity. According to the company, the new
hardware delivers up to 40 percent better performance compared to the previous
generation.
The Primebook 3 Max is equipped with the MediaTek Genio 720
octa-core processor. It features two A78 cores clocked at 2.6GHz and six A55
cores running at 2.0GHz. Graphics duties are handled by the Mali-G57 MC2 GPU.
It comes with 8GB of LPDDR5 RAM and 128GB of UFS storage, with the option to
expand storage up to 1TB via a microSD card.
The laptop sports a 15.6-inch Full HD IPS anti-glare display
with a resolution of 1,920 x 1,080 pixels and a peak brightness of 250 nits.
Regarding the battery, it houses a 60.3Wh unit that, according to the company,
offers up to 12 hours of usage on a single charge. It supports 36W USB-C
charging. In addition to Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.3, the Primebook 3 Max
features USB-C 3.2, USB-C 2.0, USB-A 3.2, and USB-A 2.0 ports. It also includes
a microSD card slot and a 3.5mm headphone jack. For video calling, it is
equipped with a 5MP webcam capable of recording 1440p video at 30fps.
Furthermore, it comes with dual microphones, stereo speakers, and a backlit
keyboard.
The Primebook 3 Max runs on the company's PrimeOS, which
includes an offline-first productivity suite called PrimeOffice; this allows
users to create documents, spreadsheets, and presentations. PrimeLinux provides
support for software such as VS Code, GIMP, LibreOffice, Firefox, Arduino IDE,
and Postman. Meanwhile, PrimeSecurity and Task Manager help monitor the system
and applications. There is an option to use Windows software via PrimeX Cloud
PC, and the device also features the PrimeAGNT operator AI.
Primebook 3 Max Price and Availability
Sales of the Primebook 3 Max in India are set to begin
around October 1, 2026. It has a starting price of ₹35,990. Apart from Amazon,
Flipkart, and the Primebook website, it will be available for purchase at Bajaj
Electronics stores in Delhi-NCR and Bengaluru. In Telangana and Andhra Pradesh,
it will also be available at Sangeetha Mobiles and Pai International stores.
Discounts on the laptop have also been announced for the Amazon Great Indian
Festival and Flipkart Big Billion Days sales.
