Samsung Galaxy A17 5G has been launched in India. The phone runs on One UI 7, which is based on Android 15. It has a 6.7-inch Full HD+ Super AMOLED display. The panel supports 90Hz refresh rate. Being a budget phone, it has an Infinity-U style notch design. The phone works on the 5nm octa-core Exynos 1330 processor and is equipped with an IP54 rated build. The base model of Samsung Galaxy A17 5G with 6GB RAM and 128GB storage has been priced at Rs 18,999 in India. At the same time, the price of 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants is Rs 20,499 and Rs 23,499 respectively. It can be purchased in Black, Blue and Gray color options from Samsung India e-store, Amazon and Flipkart as well as online and offline markets.

Talking about the specifications, Samsung Galaxy A17 5G runs on One UI 7 based on Android 15. It has a 6.7-inch full HD + (1,080 x 2,340 pixels) Infinity-U Super AMOLED display, which supports 90Hz refresh rate. The handset comes with an IP54-rated build for dust and water protection. The Galaxy A17 5G has a 5nm octa-core Exynos 1330 SoC and a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for biometric security.

The new Samsung phone has a dual rear camera setup that includes a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and autofocus and a 2-megapixel macro camera with f/2.2 aperture. For selfies and video calls, you will also get a 13-megapixel front camera with f/2.0 aperture.
