Vivo V60 Lite 5G launched, features a 6,500mAh battery and Dimensity 7360 Turbo chipset

Vivo has launched a new smartphone in its V60 series, the Vivo V60 Lite 5G, in Taiwan. This smartphone joins the base model, the Vivo V60. It’s positioned in the mid-range segment with an attractive design and powerful features. Notably, this is the first device to feature the new Dimensity 7360 Turbo processor. The brand is likely targeting customers looking for a lower-priced option than the base model. Let’s take a look at the full specifications and pricing below.

The new Vivo V60 Lite 5G smartphone features a 6.77-inch AMOLED display with an FHD+ (2392×1080 pixels) resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and HDR10+ support. Powering the device is the new MediaTek Dimensity 7360-Turbo processor, which is nearly identical to the Dimensity 7300 but offers upgrades in performance and efficiency. This chipset is paired with up to 12GB of RAM, 12GB of virtual RAM, and 256GB of UFS 3.1 internal storage. The phone runs on Funtouch OS 15 based on Android 15.

The Vivo V60 Lite 5G features a dual rear camera setup, consisting of a 50MP Sony IMX882 primary sensor with OIS support and an 8MP ultra-wide lens. A 32MP front camera is provided for selfies and video calling.

The Vivo V60 Lite 5G packs a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. Other features include an in-display fingerprint sensor, dual speakers, NFC, dual SIM support, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and a USB Type-C port. The phone is IP65 rated, making it dust-resistant and water-resistant. The device weighs 194 grams and measures 7.59mm to 7.69mm in thickness, depending on the color variant.

The Vivo V60 Lite 5G has been launched in Taiwan in two storage variants: NTD 13,990 (approximately Rs. 40,300) for the 8GB + 256GB variant, and NTD 14,990 (approximately Rs. 43,500) for the top-of-the-line 12GB + 256GB model. The smartphone will be available in three colors: Vitality Pink, Titanium Mist Blue, and Midnight Black.

The Vivo V60 Lite 5G’s price range puts it in competition with mid-range smartphones like the OnePlus Nord 5, Samsung Galaxy A56 5G, and Realme GT 6. These phones also feature powerful processors, large batteries, and premium designs. However, the V60 Lite’s 6,500mAh battery, new processor, and 90W fast charging could make it stand out.
