The Redmi Pad 2 Pro has been unveiled. At the event, the company also introduced the Xiaomi 15T and 15T Pro smartphones, Watch S4, and Band 10. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro’s biggest highlight is its large 12,000mAh battery, which supports 33W charging. Its storage is expandable up to 2TB. The tablet comes in two RAM and storage variants. The display features a 120Hz refresh rate and Flicker-Free certification. Redmi has equipped the Pad 2 Pro with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 chipset.

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro starts at EUR 299.9 (approximately Rs. 31,000) for the base variant with 6GB of RAM and 128GB of storage. The top-end 8GB + 256GB Matte Glass variant and its 5G model are both priced at EUR 379.9 (approximately Rs. 40,000). The tablet comes in three color options: Lavender Purple, Silver, and Graphite Gray. It can also be bundled with the Redmi Smart Pen (EUR 69.9, approximately Rs. 7,000) and Keyboard (EUR 99.9, approximately Rs. 10,000).

The Redmi Pad 2 Pro features a large 12.1-inch display with 2.5K resolution and 120Hz refresh rate support. This large screen not only enhances video and gaming, but also provides a smooth experience for taking notes and working. The display is also TÜV Rheinland Flicker Free and Low Blue Light certified, meaning it will reduce eye strain during prolonged use. The Redmi Pad 2 Pro features a quad-speaker setup, with two speakers placed on the top and two on the bottom. This setup supports Dolby Atmos and Hi-Res Audio. The company claims a 300% audio boost, making the tablet’s sound output even louder and crystal-clear.

For photography and video calls, the tablet features an 8-megapixel rear camera with an LED flash. The camera module features a pill-shaped design. It also features a front camera for video calling and online meetings, though the company didn’t specifically disclose its specifications.
