Vivo’s sub-brand, iQOO, has launched its new flagship smartphone, the iQOO 15, in China. This phone has been specifically designed for gamers and high-performance users. It features the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chipset, a 2K Samsung Everest display, and a large 7000mAh Blue Ocean battery. The iQOO 15 starts at 4,199 yuan (approximately ₹48,000) and is currently available for sale in China.
The iQOO 15’s display is one of its biggest highlights. It features a 2K Samsung Everest screen, built on the world’s first M14 luminescent material. It uses Samsung’s 2K LED OLED technology, which delivers extremely bright and colorful output. The screen supports 6000 nits of local peak brightness and 2600 nits of full-screen brightness, ensuring clear visibility even in bright sunlight. It also boasts a 118 percent P3 color gamut, a 98.1 percent brightness ratio, and AR anti-reflection coating. For eye safety, it also includes Eye Protection 2.0 and full-brightness DC Dimming.
This iQOO phone is equipped with a powerful processor. The iQOO 15 features Qualcomm’s latest Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 processor, currently one of the world’s fastest mobile chipsets. The company has also added Monster Super-Core Engine technology, specifically designed to enhance performance. The phone features LPDDR5X Ultra RAM (9600Mbps) and UFS 4.1 storage, making apps and games run smoothly. Performance-wise, the phone scored 4,386,144 points on the AnTuTu benchmark, placing it among top-tier flagship smartphones. The company has also launched a Collector’s Edition to mark the 10th anniversary of the popular game Honor of Kings. It features 16GB of RAM and 512GB of storage and is priced at ¥5499 (approximately ₹61,000). This limited edition phone comes with a unique design and exclusive gifts. The first batch has already sold out, and the second batch will be available for sale on October 24, 2025.
