The Black Shark GS3 Ultra features a 1.43-inch AMOLED display with a 466×466 pixel resolution and 1000 nits of peak brightness. It supports voice calling and features environmental noise cancellation. The smartwatch also boasts 5ATM water resistance. The company claims that the watch will remain undamaged even if submerged in water up to 50 meters.

It includes health monitoring features such as blood oxygen levels, heart rate sensors, stress monitoring, and sleep monitoring. It can also count steps. Regarding the battery, the company claims it can provide up to 45 days of standby time. Whereas with normal use it can last up to 18 days.
