Lenovo Idea Tab Plus Launched in India: 12.1-inch Display, 10,200mAh Battery, and Slim Design; Check Price

Lenovo has launched its new tablet, the Idea Tab Plus, in India. This tablet targets users who want a large-screen device for entertainment, as well as for studying and productivity. The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus features a large 12.1-inch display, 5G connectivity, stylus support, and a large battery. According to the company, this tablet is designed for everyday use, online classes, note-taking, and media consumption. In India, this tablet is offered in a single color option.

The Lenovo Idea Tab Plus is priced starting at Rs 27,999 in India for the base 8GB RAM and 256GB storage variant. The top variant with 12GB RAM and 256GB storage is priced at Rs 30,999. The tablet is available in a Luna Gray color option. Lenovo is also bundling the Tab Pen stylus with this tablet, eliminating the need to purchase a stylus separately.

In terms of specifications, the Lenovo Idea Tab Plus features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.5K resolution. This display offers a 90Hz refresh rate and up to 800 nits of peak brightness. For cameras, the tablet has an 8MP selfie camera on the front, while the rear features a 13MP camera, suitable for basic photography and video calls.

For performance, the new Lenovo device is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6400 processor. The tablet comes with up to 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage. The storage can also be expanded using a microSD card. In terms of battery, the tablet features a large 10,200mAh battery that supports 45W fast charging. Lenovo claims that the tablet can last all day with mixed use. Despite the large battery, the tablet is only 6.29mm thick and weighs approximately 530 grams. Regarding software and features, it includes features such as Lenovo NotePad with AI Notes, Google Circle to Search, Google Gemini, and stylus support.
