TCL K70 and TCL K70 Power with Large Batteries Launched: See Features and Specifications

Two new TCL phones have arrived. The company has launched the TCL K70 and TCL K70 Power. Both are 4G smartphones that will initially be sold in Thailand. These smartphones feature a large screen and a powerful battery, along with mid-range specifications, details of which you can read below. It is not yet certain whether these new TCL smartphones will be launched in the Indian market.

The TCL K70 and TCL K70 Power smartphones have been launched with a 6.8-inch HD+ display with a resolution of 1570 x 720 pixels. This is a punch-hole screen built on an LCD panel, supporting a 120Hz refresh rate and 750 nits of brightness. The TCL K70 Power has been launched in Thailand in Nebula Blue and Space Gray colors, while the TCL K70 comes in a Black color shade.

In terms of performance, the TCL K70 and K70 Power run on Android 15 and are powered by the MediaTek Helio G100 Turbo chipset. This is an octa-core processor built on a 6-nanometer fabrication process, capable of running at clock speeds ranging from 2.0GHz to 2.2GHz.

For photography, the TCL K70 and TCL K70 Power feature a single camera sensor on the back panel. Both mobiles support a 50-megapixel camera with an f/1.8 aperture and LED flash. For selfies and video calling, an 8-megapixel front camera is included.

While almost all the specifications of both mobile phones are similar, the company has differentiated them in terms of battery capacity. For power backup, the TCL K70 is equipped with a 5,200mAh battery. True to its name, the TCL K70 Power boasts a powerful 6,500mAh battery. Both of these new smartphones are equipped with 33W fast charging technology.

Looking at other features, the TCL K70 and K70 Power are IP64 certified, which provides protection against water splashes. For connectivity, they support advanced Bluetooth 6.0 and NFC. These TCL smartphones also feature stereo speakers and DTS support for an enhanced audio experience. A fingerprint sensor is located on the side frame for phone unlocking.

Regarding pricing, the TCL K70 has been launched in Thailand with 4GB RAM + 128GB storage, priced at €135.50, which is approximately ₹15,000. The TCL K70 Power comes in two variants: the 4GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at THB 13,090 (approximately ₹36,000), and the 8GB RAM + 128GB storage model is priced at THB 14,090 (approximately ₹39,000).
