BenQ’s latest monitors with 144Hz displays launched in India, starting at less than ₹10,000!
BenQ has launched its new GW90TC series of monitors in India. This lineup includes the GW2490TC and GW2790TC, along with the GW2490C and GW2790C models. According to the company, the new series has been designed with hybrid work, online learning, and multi-device setups in mind. All models feature Full HD IPS panels, a 144Hz refresh rate, and a 5ms response time. They also offer a single cable solution and up to 20W power delivery support via USB Type-C connectivity.
Pricing: The GW2790TC is priced at ₹14,990, while the GW2490TC is priced at ₹12,750. The GW2790C is available for ₹11,989, and the GW2490C for ₹9,589. These monitors are available for sale at select retail outlets and e-commerce platforms.
Specifications: The GW90TC series features a Full HD IPS display, which claims to offer wide viewing angles and consistent color output. With a 144Hz refresh rate and 5ms response time, these monitors are designed to deliver smooth visuals during multitasking and daily content consumption. AMD FreeSync support is also included.
Connectivity features include a USB Type-C port with DisplayPort Alt Mode, allowing display output and data transfer via a single cable. According to the company, power delivery support up to 20W allows for charging of connected devices.
Keeping in mind prolonged screen use, BenQ’s Eye Care technologies, such as Flicker Free, Low Blue Light, and Visual Optimizer, have been incorporated. Additionally, the monitors feature ergonomic adjustments such as height, tilt, swivel, and pivot, allowing users to customize the screen position to their needs.
