Apple, one of the largest device manufacturers, launched the new MacBook Pro in India. This laptop has two display sizes. The new MacBook Pro features Apple’s M5 Max and M5 Pro chips. This laptop features a 12-megapixel camera with support for Desk View.
Price of the new MacBook Pro
The 14-inch variant of this laptop with the M5 Pro chip, 24 GB of RAM, and 1 TB of storage is priced at ₹249,900. The variant with the M5 Max chip is priced at ₹399,900. The 48 GB RAM variant will cost ₹40,000, and the 2 TB storage variant will cost an additional ₹40,000. The laptop’s 16-inch display and M5 Pro chip variant is priced at ₹299,900, and the M5 Max chip variant is priced at ₹429,900. The 64GB RAM variant is priced at ₹60,000, while the 4TB storage variant is priced at ₹100,000 more. Pre-orders for this laptop will be available through Apple’s online store starting March 4th. It will be available in Silver and Space Black colors.
Specifications and Features of the New MacBook Pro
This laptop features a 16.2-inch (3,456 x 2,234 pixels) Liquid Retina XDR ProMotion display with a 120Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness level of 1,600 nits, and support for 1 billion colors. The new MacBook Pro also comes with up to 128GB of RAM and up to 8TB of storage. It has a 12-megapixel camera with support for Desk View. For connectivity, this laptop has Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, an SDXC card slot, an HDMI port, two Thunderbolt ports, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
The new MacBook Pro has a 100 Wh battery with support for 140 W wired charging. The company claims that this laptop can provide up to 24 hours of video playback and up to 17 hours of web browsing. It has Apple’s backlit Magic Keyboard. This laptop has a Touch ID sensor for security.
