HUAWEI has launched its Pura 80 series in its home market China. It includes four powerful devices HUAWEI Pura 80, HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro, HUAWEI Pura 80 Pro Plus and HUAWEI Pura 80 Ultra. In this post, we are giving details about the base model HUAWEI Pura 80. Which includes many features like triple camera setup, big battery and high-resolution OLED display. This phone will run on HarmonyOS 5.1.
Specifications of HUAWEI Pura 80
Display: Huawei Pura 80 has a 6.6-inch LTPO OLED display, which supports adaptive refresh rate up to 120Hz. This display comes with 1440Hz high-frequency PWM dimming, 300Hz touch sampling rate and FHD+ (2760 × 1256 pixels) resolution. While the pixel density of the screen is 460 PPI, it has the protection of second generation Kunlun glass.
Chipset and OS: The phone runs on HarmonyOS 5.1 and has a 2.3GHz octa-core processor. However, the actual name of the chipset is yet to be revealed.
Storage and RAM: The device has 256GB, 512GB and up to 1TB internal storage options with 12GB of RAM. There is no expansion slot for microSD card.
Rear camera: For photography, Huawei Pura 80 has a quad camera setup, which includes a 50MP super-focus primary camera (OIS and F1.4-F4.0 variable aperture), 12MP periscope telephoto camera (OIS and 5.5x optical zoom), 13MP ultra-wide angle camera and 1.5 million multi-spectral Red Maple sensor. This camera setup supports 4K video recording and 480fps super slow-motion video.
Front camera: For selfies and video calling, there is a 13MP ultra-wide camera on the front, which comes with autofocus and supports 4K and 1080p@240fps video recording.
Battery and charging: Talking about the battery, the phone has a big 5600mAh battery, which supports 66W wired SuperCharge and 50W wireless super fast charging. Apart from this, 5W wired reverse charging is also supported.
Others: Huawei Pura 80 has IP68 and IP69 certification, that is, it is dustproof, waterproof and also protected from high-temperature water jets. For connectivity, it includes dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C port and Beidou satellite messaging feature. Apart from the in-screen fingerprint sensor, the smartphone has many advanced sensors like gesture sensor, gravity sensor, hall sensor, gyroscope, proximity sensor, multispectral sensor and infrared sensor. Support for Huawei Histen sound effect and stereo speakers is also available to improve the audio experience.
