Nothing has launched a new over-ear headphone in India. This is the first headphone of this type from the company. Earlier only TWS earbuds were being sold in the market. The new headphone launched under the name Nothing Headphone 1 maintains its identity of transparent design. Its biggest feature is its 80-hour long backup. The user gets a roller to adjust the volume, a paddle to change tracks and a separate button to change the ANC mode. Apart from this, the headphones support AAC, SBC and LDAC audio codecs.

Nothing Headphone 1 Price in India, Availability

The price of Nothing Headphone 1 in India has been kept at Rs 21,990. They will be available for purchase in the country from July 15 through Flipkart, Flipkart Minutes, Vijay Sales, Croma and major retail stores. The headphones will be sold in black and white color options and under the launch offer, customers will be able to buy them for Rs 19,999 on the first day of sale.

The Nothing Headphone 1 has 40mm dynamic drivers and this headphone supports Active Noise Cancellation (ANC) up to 42dB. It also has a transparency mode, so that external sounds can be heard when needed. Talking about audio tuning, it has been fine-tuned by the sound engineers of British high-end audio brand KEF, due to which there are high expectations about its sound performance.

Talking about the design, it is an over-ear headphone with a transparent, slightly rectangular body, with a raised oval module in the middle. This time Nothing has used physical buttons in the headphones instead of touch controls. The user gets a roller to adjust the volume, a paddle to change tracks and a separate button to change the ANC mode.

Along with Bluetooth 5.3, this headphone supports AAC, SBC and LDAC audio codecs. The device is compatible with smartphones running on Android 5.1 and iOS 13 or above. The special thing is that it also has dual device connectivity, so that users can connect two devices simultaneously.

Nothing Headphone 1 has a 1040mAh battery, which gets fully charged in about two hours from the USB Type-C port. With ANC off, the company claims that this headphone can play AAC audio for up to 80 hours. If you use LDAC codec, you will get backup up to 54 hours. At the same time, it is said to last for 30-35 hours when ANC is turned on.

The headphone also has a 3.5mm audio jack and its body weighs about 329 grams. The company has also provided a soft-shell storage case in the box, which makes it easy to carry it while traveling.
