Nokia 1.4 affordable phone launched with 4,000mAh battery, know other features

Nokia 1.4 has been launched by HMD Global as the company’s latest affordable smartphone. The new Nokia phones have been launched almost a year after the Nokia 1.3 launched in March last year. However, as an upgrade version of Nokia 1.3, the latest phone is equipped with a dual rear camera setup, while the older version came with a single rear camera. The Nokia 1.4 has a 4,000mAh battery, while the old phone had a 3,000mAh battery. It has been said about the new phone that it can be used for two days on a single charge. The latest Nokia phone is based on Google’s Android Go program.

Nokia 1.4 price

The price of Nokia 1.4 starts at $99 (about Rs. 7,200), which is the price of 1GB RAM + 16GB storage variant of the phone. Its 1GB + 32GB variants and 3GB + 64GB variants are also present, but their price has not been disclosed at the moment. Nokia 1.4 has been introduced globally, which comes with charcoal, dusk and fjord color options. No information related to the Indian availability of Nokia 1.4 phones has been made public at the moment.

Let me tell you, last year Nokia 1.3 phone was introduced at 95 Euro (about 8,300 rupees), this is the price of 1GB RAM + 16GB storage option of the phone.

Nokia 1.4 specifications

Dual-SIM (Nano) Nokia 1.4 works on Android 10 (Go Edition), but it is guaranteed to get Android 11 (Go Edition) in the future. The phone has 20:9 aspect ratio with a 6.51-inch HD+ display. The Nokia 1.4 phone is equipped with Qualcomm 215 processor, which was also present in Nokia 1.3. Apart from this, the phone has 3 RAM variants. For photography, the smartphone has a dual rear camera setup, whose primary camera is 8 megapixels, while the secondary camera is 2 megapixels. A 5-megapixel camera is provided on the front panel.

Talking about storage, Nokia 1.4 has 64GB of space and if needed, it can be expanded up to 128GB with the help of microSD card. Connectivity features include 4G LTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth v4.2, GPS/A-GPS, Micro-USB, FM radio and 3.5mm headphone jack. Sensors include an accelerometer, ambient light, and proximity sensor. The smartphone also has a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor. HMD Global has given a 4,000mAh battery in Nokia 1.4, with 5-watt of normal charging support. The dimensions of the smartphone are 166.42×76.72×8.7mm and weigh 178 grams.
