Honor X8d Launched with 108MP Camera and 7000mAh Battery: See Specifications

Honor launched two budget smartphones, the Honor X7d and Honor X9d, in September. Now, the company has also introduced the Honor X8d, a model positioned between the two, in the global market. This mobile phone was revealed through a Russian retailer’s website, where photos, features, and specifications of the smartphone were shared. The Honor X8d features a 6.77-inch Full HD+ display with a resolution of 1080 x 2392 pixels. This is an AMOLED panel screen with a high refresh rate. Notably, the Honor X7d also features a screen of the same size, while the X9d has a 6.79-inch screen.

The Honor X8d runs on Android-based MagicOS. For processing, this smartphone is equipped with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 6s 4G Gen 2 octa-core processor built on a 6nm fabrication process, capable of running at a clock speed of up to 2.9GHz. It’s worth noting that the Honor X7d uses the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor, and the Honor X9d uses the Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 processor.

For photography, the Honor X8d smartphone supports a dual rear camera setup. It features a 108-megapixel main sensor on the back panel, which works in conjunction with a 5-megapixel secondary sensor. For selfies and video calling, this smartphone has a 16-megapixel front camera. This is the same camera module that the company used in the Honor X9d 5G phone.

For power backup, the Honor X8d smartphone is equipped with a powerful 7000mAh battery. To quickly charge this large battery, the mobile phone features 45W fast charging technology. This mobile phone’s battery is smaller than the 8300mAh battery in the X9D and larger than the 6500mAh battery in the X7D.
