Samsung Galaxy A07 5G Launched: Know the Price of this Budget Samsung Phone with 6000mAh Battery and 120Hz Display
Samsung has quietly launched the Galaxy A07 5G, expanding its entry-level A-series portfolio. This smartphone is the 5G version of the Galaxy A07 4G launched last year. The new model features a large 6.7-inch display, a 120Hz refresh rate, a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 processor, and a 6,000mAh battery. Samsung has also promised a long update policy for software support. The Galaxy A07 5G runs on Android 16 and, according to the company, will receive six major Android updates.
In terms of price and availability, the Samsung Galaxy A07 5G has been launched in Myanmar in two variants. The model with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage is priced at 5,499 TBH (approximately ₹15,900), while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage variant is available for ฿5,999 (approximately ₹17,500). The Samsung phone can be purchased in Light Violet and Black color options. Currently, the company has not shared any official information regarding its launch in any other market, including India.
The Galaxy A07 5G features a 6.7-inch PLS LCD display with HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The screen’s peak brightness is stated to be 800 nits. In terms of design, it features a waterdrop notch, reflecting Samsung’s current design language in the budget segment.
For performance, the phone is powered by a MediaTek Dimensity 6300 chipset, paired with 4GB or 6GB of RAM. Internal storage is 128GB and can be expanded up to 2TB using a microSD card. The phone features dual physical SIM slots.
In the camera department, the Galaxy A07 5G has a 50MP primary camera and a 2MP depth sensor on the rear. An 8MP selfie camera is located on the front. Video recording is limited to 1080p at 30fps.
For battery life, it comes with a large 6,000mAh battery. For security, it includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor, and the phone is IP54 rated. Connectivity options include USB-C, dual-band Wi-Fi, and 5G Sub-6 support. It measures 8.2mm thick and weighs 199 grams.
