Screenless Luna Band Launched in India: Keeps a Comprehensive Track of Sleep, Nutrition, and Health!
Luna has officially launched its new Luna Band in India. The company claims that this is a “Voice-First” smart wearable designed to simplify health tracking and daily planning. Instead of relying on traditional health dashboards, the Luna Band focuses on providing personalized suggestions based on a user’s entire day’s activities and health data. According to the company, this device is engineered to work “according to your day, not just your data.”
Luna has introduced the Luna Band alongside its proprietary health AI system, dubbed “LifeOS.” This system claims to offer real-time suggestions to users by analyzing bodily signals, blood markers, dietary habits, and lifestyle patterns. The company notes that the wearable can also deliver essential suggestions and reminders at various times throughout the day via haptic alerts.
The Luna app features a “Today” interface that displays the entire day’s schedule. This includes sections such as Sleep AI, Nutrition AI, Activity AI, and Circadian Intelligence. The app consolidates the day’s tasks, completed activities, and upcoming recommendations into a single, unified view.
The company has also equipped the Luna Band with a Voice Logging feature. This allows users to record their daily activities simply by speaking them aloud. For instance, a user can verbally log when they had their coffee or if they skipped their daily walk. Additionally, the app includes an “Ask Luna Anything About Your Health” feature, enabling users to ask health-related queries.
The Luna Band supports a variety of “Micro Apps,” covering categories such as Stress, Nutrition, Training, Supplements, and Productivity. The company states that this platform is designed to integrate various wellness and productivity applications into a single, cohesive system. Users also have the flexibility to create custom health modules tailored to their specific needs.
According to the company, LifeOS prioritizes delivering “Cause-and-Effect Insights” rather than merely displaying standard charts. For instance, the system can indicate the extent to which deep sleep was impacted by caffeine intake late in the evening. Additionally, a feature called ‘Health Clone’ has been introduced, which generates a wellness profile by tracking health data over an extended period.
The Luna Band made its debut earlier this year at CES 2026. The company states that the new model features upgrades to both its design and features. Currently, the Luna Band Drop 1 is available on an invite-only basis, and shipping is expected to commence by the end of July 2026. The company has also opened a waitlist for the device.
