Vivo, a major player in the smartphone market, has launched
the Vivo T5x 5G in India in a new 'Fusion Red' color. The smartphone was
originally introduced in the country in March in 'Star Silver' and 'Cyber
Green' colors. This new color variant retains the specifications of the
existing model. The smartphone is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo
processor. Its rear camera setup includes a 50-megapixel primary camera and a
2-megapixel depth camera, while the front features a 32-megapixel camera. It
houses a 7,200 mAh battery that supports 44W charging.
Vivo T5x 5G Price
The price for the 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant is
₹18,999; the 8GB + 128GB variant is priced at ₹20,999; and the 8GB + 256GB
variant costs ₹22,999. Sales for the new color variant will begin on July 30
via the company's e-store, Flipkart, and select retail stores.
Vivo T5x 5G Specifications
The smartphone features a 6.76-inch Full HD+ (2,344 x 1,080
pixels) LCD screen with a refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a peak brightness of
1,200 nits. It is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 7400 Turbo processor and
runs on OriginOS 6, based on Android 16. The dual rear camera setup consists of
a 50-megapixel primary camera with an f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth
camera with an f/2.4 aperture. It features a 32-megapixel front camera for
selfies and video calls.
Connectivity options include 5G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, GPS,
BeiDou, and a USB Type-C port. The Vivo T5x 5G is equipped with a 7,200 mAh
battery that supports 44W charging. The battery is claimed to offer up to 40
hours of video playback and up to 93 hours of music playback on a single
charge. The smartphone measures 166 x 78.43 x 8.3 mm and weighs approximately
219 grams. It includes a side-mounted fingerprint sensor for security.
