Xiaomi has launched a new air conditioner—an AI-powered AC model. This is a split-system unit marketed under the name “Mijia Air Conditioner Powerful Wind Pro.” The company had previously introduced the base model of this AC last month; the new model now arrives with upgraded specifications. It is a 1.5HP wall-mounted air conditioner featuring a 13cc dual-cylinder compressor. Furthermore, it is equipped with a dual-row pure copper condenser and evaporator. Xiaomi has launched the Mijia Air Conditioner Powerful Wind Pro in China. It is currently available for purchase within China via the Xiaomi Mall. The AC is priced at 3,299 Yuan (approximately ₹46,500).

The Mijia Air Conditioner Powerful Wind Pro comes packed with several advanced features. It is a 1.5HP wall-mounted unit featuring a 13cc dual-cylinder compressor. It is equipped with a dual-row pure copper condenser and evaporator. Thanks to these components, the AC possesses a cooling capacity of 6500W and is capable of delivering 8800W of heating output. The company claims that the unit can initiate cooling within just 15 seconds and begin blowing warm air within 30 seconds.
The company has also upgraded the thermal exchange system in this model, effectively doubling the surface area of the condenser to facilitate more efficient heat exchange. Additionally, the unit is designed to withstand extreme weather conditions, a capability enabled by its integrated refrigerant control system. It is stated that this device can deliver consistent performance across a temperature range of -20°C to 55°C.
It is equipped with a 118mm cross-flow fan capable of circulating 1,000 cubic meters of air per hour. During cooling operations, it directs cool air towards the ceiling, allowing it to gradually descend. Conversely, when blowing warm air, it directs the airflow straight towards the floor. It integrates seamlessly with Xiaomi’s smart home ecosystem and runs on HyperOS. The unit features a dedicated AI module and also supports XiaoAI voice control. Additionally, the company has incorporated a self-cleaning feature, along with other functionalities such as a child lock.
