Vivo X200 Ultra smartphone launched with 6000mAh battery, 200MP camera, know the price
Vivo X200 Ultra has been launched in China. Similar to the previous generation X-series smartphones, the latest model also comes equipped with a Zeiss-branded camera system. It includes Snapdragon 8 Elite SoC, which comes in configurations with up to 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of onboard storage. The phone has a 6000mAh battery and the fast charging handset supports 90W wired and 40W wireless output. Its thickness is 8.69 mm.
Vivo X200 Ultra price, availability
The base 12GB + 256GB variant of Vivo X200 Ultra in China is priced at CNY 6,499 (approximately Rs 75,500). Its 16GB + 512GB variant is priced at CNY 6,999 (roughly Rs. 84,000) and the 16GB + 1TB configuration is priced at CNY 7,999 (roughly Rs. 92,000).
There is also a special photography kit that comes with the top-end 16GB + 1TB variant, which is priced at CNY 9,699 (roughly Rs. 1,13,000). The Vivo X200 Ultra is offered in Black, Red Circle, and Silver Tone (translated from Chinese) colour options. It is currently available for pre-order on Vivo’s website and will go on sale starting April 29.
Vivo X200 Ultra specifications
The dual-SIM (Nano) Vivo X200 Ultra runs on Android 15-based Funtouch OS 15 and features a 6.82-inch 2K (1,440 x 3,168 pixels) 8T LTPO AMOLED display. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate and a peak brightness level of 4,500 nits. The screen has an Armor Glass coating. It is powered by the Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset, paired with LPDDR5X RAM and UFS 4.1 storage type.
The Vivo X200 Ultra features a Zeiss-branded triple rear camera setup, which includes a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 35mm primary camera with f/1.69 aperture, a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-818 ultra wide angle lens with f/2.0 aperture, and a 200-megapixel 85mm Zeiss APO telephoto lens with f/1.69 aperture. There is a 50-megapixel shooter on the front. The handset has two dedicated image signal processors (ISPs), including a Vivo V3+ chip and a VS1 chip.
An optional photography kit can be purchased with it, which includes a Zeiss 2.35x teleconverter. This lens can be attached to the phone to convert the 200-megapixel periscope shooter to give a 200 mm (8.7x optical) focal length. The camera grip also packs a 2,300mAh battery. It has a separate video shutter button and a shoulder strap.
The Vivo X200 Ultra packs a 6,000mAh battery that supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging. It gets an IP68 and IP69 dust and water-resistant rated build. Connectivity options on the phone include 5G, Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, NFC, GPS, OTG, and a USB Type-C port. The handset has a 3D ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor for authentication. The phone comes equipped with dual speakers. It measures 163.14 x 76.76 x 8.69 mm and weighs 229 grams.
