Infinix launches Hot 60i, MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate chipset
Chinese smartphone maker Infinix has launched the Hot 60i. This is the first smartphone in the company’s Hot 60 series. Its design is similar to the Hot 50i. This smartphone has a 6.78-inch LCD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz. The Hot 60i’s 5,160 mAh battery supports 45 W charging.

The company has introduced this smartphone in Bangladesh. Its variant with 6 GB of RAM and 128 GB of storage is priced at BDT 13,999 (approximately Rs 9,800) and 8 GB + 256 GB is priced at BDT 16,499 (approximately Rs 11,500). It is listed on the portal of Bangladesh retailer MobileDokan. Hot 60i is available in Titanium Grey and Sleek Black colours. The company has not given information about the launch of this smartphone in India and other countries.

This dual-SIM smartphone has a 6.78-inch full HD+ (1,080 × 2,460 pixels) IPS LCD display with a refresh rate of 120 Hz and a peak brightness level of 800 nits. It runs on XOS 15.1 based on Android 15. The Hot 60i has a 12 nm octacore MediaTek Helio G81 Ultimate as the processor. The dual rear camera unit of this smartphone has a 50-megapixel primary camera with f/1.8 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary camera. It has an 8-megapixel camera on the front for selfies and video calls.
The 5,160 mAh battery of Hot 60i supports 45 W charging. It has options of 4G, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, NFC, GPS and USB Type-C port for connectivity. Its sensors include accelerometer and gyroscope. It has a fingerprint scanner on the side for security. The size of this smartphone is 167.9 × 75.6 × 7.7 mm. Earlier this month, Infinix launched the GT 30 Pro 5G in India. It will replace the GT 20 Pro 5G. This smartphone has a Cyber Mecha 2.0 design with customizable LED light panels on the back. It has a MediaTek Dimensity 8350 Ultimate chipset.
