Samsung has launched its latest 5G smartphone Galaxy F36 5G in India. This phone has a 6.7-inch FHD+ Super AMOLED display, which comes with 120Hz refresh rate, Corning Gorilla Glass Victus+ protection and high brightness. Apart from this, the phone gets 50MP triple rear camera (with OIS), 5000mAh battery, Exynos 1380 core processor and Android 15 based One UI 7 platform. According to the company, Galaxy F36 5G will get support of long software updates and latest features.
Samsung Galaxy F36 5G price in India, availability
The starting price of Samsung Galaxy F36 5G is around Rs 17,499, in which its 6GB RAM + 128GB storage variant will be available. Its 8GB RAM + 256GB storage variant has been priced at Rs 18,999. The device will come in color options like Onyx Black, Luxe Violet and Coral Red. The sale will start on July 29, 12 noon and as a launch offer, a flat discount of Rs 1,000 will be available on ICICI, SBI, HDFC and Axis Bank cards.

The phone has 128GB/256GB internal storage options with Samsung’s Exynos 1380 (5nm) octa-core processor and 6GB/8GB of RAM. The Galaxy F36 5G has a hybrid SIM slot, which means if you want to increase the storage, you can put a microSD in place of the second SIM.
Talking about the camera, it has a 50MP primary sensor (with OIS), 8MP ultrawide and 2MP macro camera. There is a 13MP selfie camera on the front and both camera setups support 4K video shooting. According to the company, camera features include tools like AI editing, Photo Remaster, Circle to Search, Object Eraser.
The Galaxy F36 5G runs on Android 15 and One UI 7 and the company claims that the F36 5G will get up to 6 generations of Android upgrades and 6 years of security updates.
The Galaxy F36 5G has a 5000mAh battery, which supports 25W fast charging. It includes side mounted fingerprint sensor, dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.3, and NFC. The thickness of the phone is around 7.7mm and its weight is around 197 grams.
